In 1938, Jacques Groag, a student and close collaborator of Adolf Loos, completed his only Prague villa, a modernist masterpiece rooted in humanist design. His wife Jacqueline, a textile designer, brought warmth and emotion to his architectural precision. 

The Groag Residence honors their legacy through two connected homes — Jacques and Jacqueline — united by form, feeling, and enduring beauty.
